A botched bulk order is expensive — wrong size, bad color, a reprint that blows the deadline. This checklist walks through everything to verify before you submit a wholesale UV DTF run, so it arrives right the first time.

Run through it every time and you'll cut reprints to near zero.

Before you upload

Get your files print-ready first — this prevents the most common reprint causes:

• Artwork at 300 DPI at actual print size (not scaled up from small)
• Transparent background (PNG) so only your graphic prints
• Vector logos where possible for crisp edges
• Correct colors, with a white underbase in mind for dark/clear goods
• Adequate bleed on full-wrap designs

Choosing sheet size and format

Decide gang sheet vs cut transfers, and pick the sheet size that hits the lowest tier for your quantity. Keep every design within the 11-inch print width.

Use the builder to nest tightly, and check transfer sizes for fit.

Confirm timing and delivery
