UV DTF Transfer Sizes Explained

Getting the size right is what makes a transfer look professional on the product. Too small and it floats; too big and it won't fit the print width or wrap the curve. Here's how to size UV DTF transfers for common products.

All sizes work within one hard constraint: an 11-inch maximum print width.

The 11-inch width rule

Our press prints up to 11 inches wide at any length up to 60 inches per sheet. Your design's shorter dimension (as oriented on the sheet) must fit within 11 inches; length is flexible.

Designs wider than 11 inches need to be split or reoriented — the builder flags this automatically.

Sizing for drinkware

For tumblers and cups, measure the printable area between the top and bottom curves, and the circumference for wraps. Leave a small margin so the graphic sits cleanly within the straight wall.

Flat goods and signage

For laptops, signage, acrylic and metal, size to the visible area with a comfortable margin. Our builder auto-detects upload dimensions and DPI to suggest a print size, with aspect-ratio lock so nothing stretches.
