UV DTF Gang Sheet Sizes and Pricing
Picking the right gang sheet size is the simplest way to control your UV DTF cost. All sheets are 11 inches wide; the length determines how much you fit and which pricing tier you hit.
Here's the size lineup and how to choose.
The standard sizes
Every sheet is 11 inches wide (the press's print width). Standard lengths:
- 11×17 — small runs, samples, a handful of designs
- 11×24 — a small batch of jobs
- 11×40 — a solid mid-volume sheet
- 11×60 — maximum volume, lowest per-inch cost
How size maps to price
Pricing is per square inch, tiering down as area grows — roughly $0.12 at the low end to about $0.05 at high volume. So an 11×60 packed full has a much lower per-transfer cost than an 11×17.
Contour-cut pieces add a small per-inch surcharge. Full detail in the pricing tiers guide.
Fitting designs to the sheet
Keep each design within 11 inches wide; the builder nests them and flags anything too wide. For individual transfer sizing, see transfer sizes explained.
