Understanding the pricing tiers is how you stop overpaying for UV DTF. The model is simple once you see it: you pay per square inch of film, and the rate drops as your order grows. Everything else is optimization.

The per-square-inch model
Every order is priced on total film area. Rates tier down with volume — roughly $0.12 per square inch at the low end down to about $0.05 at high volume. Contour-cut (individually cut) pieces add a small per-inch surcharge (about +$0.02).

How to hit the lowest tier
Two levers: order larger sheets, and pack them densely. A full 11×60 reaches a lower per-inch tier than a small sheet, and tight nesting means you're paying for graphics, not blank film.
