Buying UV DTF in bulk isn't just convenient — it's how you get your cost per transfer to the floor. UV DTF is priced by film area, with tiers that drop as you order more, so volume directly buys you margin.

Here's exactly how bulk volume pricing works and how to structure orders so every square inch costs as little as possible.

Pricing is by the square inch

Instead of a flat per-piece price, UV DTF is priced by the area of film you order. Tiers step down as total area grows — so a large, densely packed gang sheet has a much lower per-inch cost than a small one.

Our tiers run from roughly $0.12 down to $0.05 per square inch as volume increases (a small cut surcharge applies to contour-cut pieces). The tiers guide has the full breakdown.

Bigger sheets, lower cost

Standard sheets are 11×17, 11×24, 11×40 and 11×60 inches. The 11×60 packed full is almost always the cheapest way to buy a given quantity of transfers.
