UV DTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) is a transfer method that prints your artwork onto a film with UV-cured ink and a laminate layer. The result is a durable, glossy sticker-like transfer you apply to hard surfaces — tumblers, bottles, glass, wood, metal, phone cases — with pressure alone. No heat press, no curing time.
Our press prints up to 11 inches wide at any length up to 60 inches. Designs wider than 11" need to be rotated or split across a gang sheet — the quote tool flags this automatically.
Gang sheets are the cheapest per square inch — you get a full 11"-wide sheet packed with your designs and trim them yourself. Cut transfers come individually cut and weeded for a small surcharge, so they're application-ready with no trimming. High-volume shops gang; shops that want plug-and-play convenience pick cut.
PNG (transparent preferred), JPG, WEBP and GIF up to 100 MB for self-serve checkout. Paid orders are automatically converted into 300 DPI print-ready sheets at the ordered size.
