What is UV DTF?
UV DTF, also written UVDTF or UV-DTF, stands for ultraviolet direct-to-film. Artwork is printed with UV-cured ink onto a transfer film, laminated, and then applied to hard surfaces with pressure instead of heat.
The result feels more like a premium raised decal than a shirt transfer. Shops use it for tumblers, jars, bottles, acrylic signs, product labels, glassware, packaging and promotional hard goods.
- No heat press required for application
- Best on hard goods and smooth product surfaces
- Glossy, durable finish with full-color artwork
- Works well for wholesale gang sheets and exact-size decals
